Who am I ?

Today Let me introduce myself.
I'm a man in my 30's who work for an office of appraisal.
I'm an assiatant to real estate appraiser , we call REA for short.
The president of my office is REA.
What kind of work we do is that we estimate values of lands , buildings and rights. 
I have to take more examination to obtain qualifications.
I'm going to take it next year.
